Boron Carbide Atomizer Nozzles

Descaling Nozzles
Our descaling nozzles are available in both boron carbide and ROCTEC® composite carbide, which offer long performance life. We'll help you choose the right material based on your nozzle dimension and the application to minimize overall operating costs.
Slurry Jet Nozzles
Our slurry jet nozzles are designed to withstand the high-pressure abrasive slurries that can wreak havoc on any process. If the nozzle orifice grows too quickly, the process can become difficult to control. Kennametal can provide a customized solution that can control high-pressure slurries to optimize your application.
Micro-Abrasive Nozzles
Our micro-abrasive nozzles are excellent for air blasting applications that require a nozzle orifice size of less than 1/8 inch. Custom made from ROCTEC® composite carbide, these nozzles will hold the orifice size to achieve long performance life.
